Greetings from Central Iowa Energy!

It was a very productive week even with the holiday. Electric work is in full swing in pretreat and the boiler room. The rail crossing was installed at the main entrance. Miller Mechanical has started instrument verification and configuration.

  • T&S:
    Set stop light & weight indicator, continue working on DE system, installed lightning mixers, set silica blower & bag dump
     
  • M&W:
    Continuing piping outside: loadout, utility, pretreat and HCL process
     
  • Interstate:
    install heat trace, PLC, boiler room and pretreat, continue work on tank farm underground
     
  • Trackmaster:
    install crossing for main entrance
     
  • Yeager:
    Continue work on eyewash stations & duct work
     
  • Anderson Construction:
    Continue walls in admit basement & drywall support area
     
  • Teeters:
    Paint handrail & platforms in tank farm
     
  • KCS:
    Insulate windows, foam fill around windows 
     
  • Miller Mechanical:
    Set meters & levels
