Central Iowa Energy Update December 15, 2006

Greetings from Central Iowa Energy.

Another great week of construction. The rail crossing at the main entrance was installed. Installation of the scale has begun. Progress is continuing on schedule in all areas.

Work done at the site includes:

  • T&S:
    Pour concrete for: waste water building, fuel tank slab, HCL slab, bridge piers, pump house approach, stairway pads for safe rack; set 2nd port-a-john house, drain water out of tanks 001, 002 & 003, install scale.
     
  • Story:
    Continue working on admit building and punch list.
     
  • M & W:
    Continuing piping in: pipe rack, process and tank farm, load-out bridges and rail area, pipe rack meth area, utility rooms, punch list in process area, working in all areas, mainly outside.
     
  •  Interstate:
     Continue wiring in tank farm: working on all areas.
     
  • Skinner:
    Continuing welding meth tanks & stairs.
     
  • Trackmaster:
    Finished ballast and leveling ties, install rail across main drive.
     
  • Yeager:
    Work on sewer line by road, continue work on admit plumbing.
     
  •  ICE:
    Sheeting on tank 002 outside of 001, roof & sidewalls, roof tank 001.
     
  • Anderson Construction:
    Continue admit & support area drywall.
     
  • Teeters:
    Paint handrail, pipe brackets.
